Terms & Conditions

General Policies

Please do not allow children to play or climb on or around the display. We will not be held responsible for injuries or damage due to children or adults playing on or near our displays.
Please do not move or take down the display. If you would like the display moved to a different location in your yard, please call and will be happy to assist you.
Please do not mow or weed whack around the display. Any damage that this causes will result in charges to the renter.
Please do not attach balloons to the display. The sun can melt the balloons and permanently damage the displays.
A $50.00 per day charge will be charged to the renter is we can not pick up the display on the scheduled day because it was moved and we no longer have access to the display.

Refund Policy

You will NOT receive a refund if the following applies:

You give us less than 24 hours notice to cancel your order.
The homeowner will not allow set up of the display
The homeowner calls and wants the display removed early.
We were given the wrong address or date.
We cannot set up the display due to a gated community, condo or homeowner association regulations.
A dog or homeowner prevents us from entering the yard.
Any other reason beyond our control that prevents us from setting up the display.

If this is a surprise display, please try to let someone in the house know that we will be on the property that day.
